The actress made her debut in 2008 after becoming one of the reigning queens on the scene with the success Gossip Girl. Since then, she’s been a consistent guest for fashion’s biggest night, and she has delivered an unforgettable look every time.
She’s even considered by many to be the Queen of the Met Gala, and is in the running in our poll to claim the title!
