Amber Heard‘s lawyer, Elaine Charlson Bredehoft, went on the Today show one day after the jury verdict found that Amber defamed Johnny Depp in her 2018 Washington Post op-ed about domestic violence.
During the interview, Bredehoft explained that Amber cannot afford to pay Johnny the $10+ million in damages they awarded him, and they plan to appeal the decision. Bredehoft also explained what she believes Johnny‘s lawyers did that made him the victor.
