The 2022 Met Gala is happening in just two days!
This year’s theme is In America: An Anthology of Fashion, with a focus on Gilded Glamour.
In continuing to celebrate the American contributions to fashion, the dress code is a white-tie affair, meaning organizers and co-chairs are expecting the best of the best formal looks.
Channeling the Gilded Age, which was between 1870 to 1890, the Met Gala “will ask its attendees to embody the grandeur — and perhaps the dichotomy — of Gilded Age New York.”
