The 34-year-old former Patriots NFL star was arrested for alleged domestic violence and vandalism, via TMZ on Tuesday (October 26).

The sports star was arrested by the Milton Police Department in Massachusetts on Monday (October 25), via paperwork.
While the details of the alleged incident are not yet known, the documents show that Patrick was charged with vandalizing property and assault and battery on a family/household member.
He is due back in court for an arraignment hearing.
Two years ago, he was arrested for being found in possession of cocaine. He got a criminal charge, but cut a plea deal to avoid jail.
Patrick Chung had just retired back in March of this year after over a decade playing in the NFL, including three Super Bowls alongside Tom Brady.
