SPOILER ALERT – This post contains spoilers from the season premiere of Big Brother: All Stars!

The latest season of Big Brother has began and Julie Chen promised fans that there would be a big twist revealed in the first episode!

Julie told the audience at home that the new twist will give two contestants the chance to be safe in the first eviction of the season.

The 16 All Stars playing this season weren’t introduced to fans until premiere night, but it was well worth the wait because there are so many great contestants this year!

During the premiere, contestants entered the house in groups of four and played a competition immediately upon walking into the house. The first two contestants in each group that finished the challenge then moved on to the Head of Household competition, though only six players earned that shot.

The head of household competition was won by Cody Calafiore and he’ll be nominating two contestants for eviction later this week. Of the other five contestants who played in the competition, four of them (Nicole A., Ian, Memphis, and Kevin) became Have Nots for the week and the other, Christmas, won $5,000.

At the end of the night, the big twist was revealed!

There will be something called the “Safety Suite” this season and Julie says that inside the safety suite is something every single houseguest will want. Throughout the summer, new rooms in the house will be revealed and each room will shake up the game like never before. Soon, each contestant will be given a VIP pass to the safety suite. How will the room work and how do contestants get their VIP passes? We won’t find out until Sunday night!

Here’s how Big Brother producers plan on keeping contestants safe from COVID-19 during the summer.
