STRICTLY COME DANCING 2019 concluded last night after 12 weeks of blood sweat and tears with Emmerdale actor Kelvin Fletcher being crowned the winner and lifting that infamous Glitterball trophy with pro-dancer Oti Mabuse, but it was a number of comments made over the soap actors appearance that got viewers backs up causing them to slam the judges.
