The very first results show of The Voice season 17 just took place and seven singers were sent home.
The Top 20 contestants performed on Monday night and only 13 move forward to the next round. The two singers who received the most votes on each team automatically moved forward and then each coach had to save a singer out of the remaining three on their teams.
Of the remaining two singers on each team, the one with the most votes from America on Monday night got to sing again for the wild card competition. The audience then voted to save one act to round out the Top 13.
