In a new comment posted to Evan Ross Katz‘s Instagram, Andy wrote, “she knew.” Comments By Celebs caught the comment, seen above.
This all comes after Nicki made a surprise appearance at conservative organization Turning Point USA’s event, where she made an awkward comment on stage.
