Karol G is releasing an official music video for a fan-favorite track!
The 34-year-old Colombian superstar dropped the visual for “Ivonny Bonita,” featured on her album Tropicoqueta.
The video was directed by Carolina Giraldo, Pedro Artola, and STILLZ, and produced by Bichota Films, and sees the singer in a forest breaking free from chains.

“I don’t often stop to celebrate the woman within me who’s carried everything. The one who fights silent battles no one ever sees. The one who’s felt she couldn’t go on, yet somehow always does. The one who’s held my hand when no one else could and has shown me what I’m made of. Her name is Ivonny, but she isn’t just mine,” Karol explains in a statement.
“I believe we all have our own version of her, a force that rises when everything else falls apart, a small light that reminds us who we truly are. Today, I want you to celebrate yours. Embrace her, listen to her, recognize her, applaud her. Remember how powerful you are. The release follows La PremiEre, a Bichota Films immersive special navigating through 12 reimagined tracks, new arrangements and an array of special guest appearances.
The special was filmed across Mexico City, Los Angeles, Cartagena and Medellín, and honors Tropicoqueta‘s music and Latin culture at large, including a live vallenato ensemble, a 57-piece orchestra and more than 200 fans. It airs on Univision and streams on Vix in North and South America, and TVE in Europe, Asia and Australia.
