Hallmark Channel has just announced a brand new Countdown to Christmas movie a year in advance, for the first time ever!
Hallmark queen Lacey Chabert will be starring in the movie, Holiday Ever After: A Disney World Wish Come True, and she shared the big news on Saturday night (December 6) during the Hallmark Christmas Experience: A Hometown Holiday special.

In a video message, Lacey shared that the movie is filming on location at the Walt Disney World Resort in Orlando, Fla.!
According to Variety, Lacey will also be joined in the movie by Travis Van Winkle as her leading man, as well as Richard Kind, Taegan Burns and Asher Alexander. Former Disney Channel star Christy Carlson Romano will also be starring in the movie, along with a cameo role from Patrick Renna.
Here’s a synopsis: Lindsey (Chabert) and her extended family head to Walt Disney World to spend a magical Christmas together. But the dream of a jolly holiday gets quickly dashed when Lindsey discovers her room is next door to Philip (Van Winkle), a disastrous first date she recently had, who’s also there on a family trip. As Lindsey and Philip’s paths cross throughout their stay, the frost starts to thaw as they learn they’re not so different from each other after all. Thanks to some Walt Disney World magic, the holiday wish Lindsey made in Cinderella Fountain just might turn their rivalry into romance.

Hall, and Walt Disney himself led to our first-ever licensed products, including the very first greeting card featuring Mickey Mouse,” Darren Abbott, chief brand officer, Hallmark, said in a statement. “We’re thrilled to expand our partnership beyond the products we create together and onto the screen with this heartwarming and joyful Christmas movie that embodies the very best of both brands.”

This film is a wonderful way to share that joy and pixie dust with fans everywhere.”
In addition, Hallmark and Disney will team up for an exclusive collection of products inspired by the movie, including greeting cards, ornaments, gifts and gift wrap!
Holiday Ever After: A Disney World Wish Come True is written and directed by Ryan Landels, who wrote and directed Hallmark’s 2024 Christmas movies Sugarplummed and Santa Tell Me. The upcoming movie will debut during 2026′s Countdown to Christmas!
