According to a police report obtained by CBS News Atlanta, the condo’s management company claims that Mia and a man, identified as Jared McGriff, “suddenly moved out of the unit in the middle of the night” on October 28, and allegedly stole $11,000 worth of furniture, including radios, TVs, DVD players and other items.
In body-cam footage, Mia confirmed with police that she knew that there was a warrant out for her arrest.
Mia first joined RHOP for season six and appeared on four seasons. In April she announced she was leaving the show, shortly after she and her family moved out of the Potomac-area to Atlanta.
Mia is now the third RHOP star to be arrested in less than two years. Karen Huger was arrested in March 2024 for a DUI. She was sentenced to two years in jail, with one year suspended. However, Karen was released earlier than the one year she originally supposed to serve, getting out in September after serving just six months behind bars.
Then this past October, Dr. Wendy Osefo and her husband Eddie Osefo were arrested and indicted by a grand jury on charges of insurance fraud, conspiracy insurance fraud and a false statement to a police office. Following their arrests, they were released on $50,000 bond each.
Wendy‘s lawyers recently filed documents as part of the criminal case, claiming that she was arrested illegally and wants the charges dropped. Find out more…
