President Donald Trump is pardoning Rudy Giuliani and others who participated in attempting to overturn the 2020 presidential election against former President Joe Biden.

Ed Martin, a member of the United States Department of Justice, shared the news Monday (November 10) on social media.

“This proclamation ends a grave national injustice perpetrated upon the American people following the 2020 Presidential Election and continues the process of national reconciliation,” it reads.

“I, Donald J. Trump do hereby grant a full, complete and unconditional pardon to all United States citizens for conduct relating to the advice, creation, organization, execution, submission support, voting, activities, participation in, or advocacy for or of any slate or proposed slate of Presidential electors, whether or not recognized by any State or State official, in connection with the 2020 Presidential Election, as well as for any conduct relating to their efforts to expose voting fraud and vulnerabilities in the 2020 Presidential Election.”

The other people include former Trump team member Sidney Powell, former campaign adviser Boris Epshteyn, and former White House chief of staff Mark Meadows.

After an indictment, the case against Trump over the 2020 election interference was ultimately dismissed without prejudice following his 2024 election victory due to policy on prosecuting sitting presidents. A special counsel report said that evidence would likely have been sufficient to secure a conviction.

Giuliani was hospitalized over the summer after suffering injuries in a car accident.

It’s also been reported that Trump now wants a football stadium named after him.
