Pete Davidson Shares What It Would Take to Get Him Back On ‘Saturday Night Live’

Pete Davidson left Saturday Night Live several years ago, but he wouldn’t be opposed to returning.

The 31-year-old comedian told People that if series creator and executive producer Lorne Michaels asked him to return, he would gladly accept the opportunity.

“I’d do anything for Lorne,” Pete said. And even though he left the show in 2022, he did return to host just last year for season 49.

“I had a great time hosting last time, and anytime you get that call, it’s an honor and a privilege,” he added. “It’s always relevant, it’s a hot show. People look forward to it, and the cast is great.”

“I owe that guy my life. He jump-started everything. So I’d do anything for Lorne, and he knows that,” the How to Rob a Bank star concluded.

So, in short, if Lorne wants Pete to return all he has to do is pick up the phone!

Earlier this year, Pete opened up about getting into some hot water with NBCUniversal after his decision to cancel Bupkis.
