Jen Affleck is seemingly firing back at recent criticism aimed at her Dancing with the Stars partner Jan Ravnik.
The 25-year-old Secret Lives of Mormon Wives star has been competing on the current season of the long-running reality show with the 30-year-old pro. Now she appears to be standing up for him after a former DWTS pro had some harsh words about his skills on the dance floor.

In a TikTok shared on Monday, Jen is seen pretending to type on her phone between rehearsals while Jan lip syncs the moment.
“Take it down. Take it down. Take it down. We need it gone. Take it down. That doesn’t represent me or what we need to be doing,” Jan mouths.

The video also featured an on-screen message reading, “Me when anyone talks trash about Jan.”
“We don’t tolerate Jan slander in this house !!” the reality star wrote in her caption.
Her post was uploaded just days after pro Maks Chmerkovskiy shared some sharply critical commentary about Jan during an episode of The Penthouse with Peta, his wife Peta Murgatroyd’s podcast.
“He’s learning. He’s learning slowly. It’s his first season. We have to give him grace for not understanding foxtrot technique. It’s very hard to watch,” Peta said.
But her husband disagreed.
“No, we do not have to give him grace. Are you kidding me?” he said, later following up with, “I’m sorry, Jan has absolutely no business being a pro on Dancing with the Stars. There’s zero foundation, technique, quality, understanding of the partnership. Bro, I’m getting emotional. It is absurd.”
He went on to call Jan’s casting “a missed opportunity,” though he insisted he has nothing “against [Ravnik] whatsoever.”
This season marks Jan‘s debut as a pro on DWTS. Prior to the ABC series, he was best known for being one of the back-up dancers on Taylor Swift‘s Eras tour.
