Before performing the “Dreams” cover, Kelsea told the crowd, “I think there’s this beautiful healing connective thing that happens when I get to play music with you.” She added, “Your girl needed it this week.”
Kelsea‘s breakup from Chase was confirmed just 11 days earlier. Just days before the breakup, he shared a sweet birthday message for her.
The performance will air in its entirety on SiriusXM’s The Highway (ch. 56) on Friday, October 3 at 11am ET and will also be available to stream anytime on the SiriusXM app.
