Utah County Attorney Jeff Gray is seeking the death penalty against Robinson.
Tyler has been ordered to not contact Charlie‘s widow Erika Kirk.
The Utah County Attorney has released alleged text messages that Tyler apparently sent to his roommate and rumored romantic partner. The texts allegedly contain the motive for the murder.
There are some celebrities who have publicly mourned Charlie‘s death.
Charlie was shot and killed last week at Utah Valley University, where he was speaking in front of a crowd as part of his public debate tour for Turning Point USA.
