Rolling Ray has sadly passed away.
The social media influencer, born Raymond Harper and known for the iconic catchphrase “purr,” died at the age of 28.
The Zeus Network confirmed the news, writing a heartfelt Instagram tribute on Wednesday (September 3). Rolling Ray was a producer on the network’s reality TV show, Bobby I Love You, Purrr.

Rolling Ray‘s mom, Sazola Nay, also confirmed the news in an emotional post on Facebook, per a local Fox report.
“It is with a heavy heavy heart that I let you know that my son Ray Ray iamrollingray has gone home to be with the Lord…I thank everyone who has called or texted, this is going to be a long road,” she wrote.
A cause of death has not yet been made public.
Known online as “the most famous boy inna wheelchair” as per his official Instagram, he had a huge following online on Instagram and TikTok, and went viral many times with funny moments, as well as memorable appearances on shows like Divorce Court and Catfish: Trolls.
Tributes have poured in for the late star, including a sweet message from Cardi B, who wrote: “Rolling Ray was a menace lmaoo… but he changed soo much and became so positive. I know that soul made it to heaven…You will truly be missed BIG PURRRR!!!”
