Alison Sweeney joined The Biggest Loser as host in season four and one of the contestants from that season says she was the best part about being on the show.
Isabeau Miller was a contestant on the show back in 2007 and came in fourth place. She posted a TikTok video while watching the Netflix docu-series Fit for TV and had the best things to say about Ali.
While on the show, Isabeau lost 113 pounds, going from 298 pounds to 185 pounds by the end of the season.
“As a past Biggest Loser contestant watching Fit for TV on Netflix, I have to take a moment and talk about Ali Sweeney,” she started her TikTok video.

She continued, “Ali Sweeney is the only thing that makes sense in the world. But really, she was a gem of a human. She was so much more than just a host of our season.”
“I remember when I met Ali, I just remember thinking, no wonder she’s famous. She’s the most strikingly beautiful human I’ve ever seen and she just had magic about her. But beyond that, her heart was just so sincere and so amazingly kind and generous,” Isabeau said. “Ali would often come to set and work out with us. She would sit and get to know us. And you never felt one time like it was so she could have ammunition to hold against you when she was speaking to you on camera. She was one of a very select handful of people that really just felt like she wanted to get to know you as a human rather than as a commodity as a cast member.”
She concluded, “Whatever negative feelings I may have about The Biggest Loser, Ali Sweeney is certainly one of the positive memories I have in just feeling so embraced and so welcomed and so valuable. She is, mwah, gem of a human.”
