‘Love Is Blind’ Contestant Stacy Snyder Reveals How Much Money She Made From Class-Action Lawsuit Against Producers

Stacy Snyder is opening up about being part of a class-action lawsuit against producers of Love Is Blind.

The reality star, who was featured on season five of the Netflix dating show, was among more than 100 cast and crew members who sued the show’s production company Kinetic Content and casting company Delirium TV, over the working conditions that they experienced.

Originally filed in 2022 by season two contestant Jeremy Hartwell, the suit called out various labor abuses, including depriving the cast of the basic essentials.

Netflix ended up settling the lawsuit in November 2024 for $1.4 million, which was to be divided by all parties involved, with more than a third of that designated for attorney fees.

Now, Stacy has revealed just how much money she received from the lawsuit.

In a July 2025 TikTok video, Stacy captioned her post, “Finally getting paid for the plot-line 🎬💰 There’s so much more I could say, but I’m sharing this in hopes that it helps fellow castmates feel seen and heard. I knew reality TV wasn’t going to be conventional—but no one signs up to be exploited, especially not for free. Thank you for supporting me during my season and beyond. Love y’all always”

“This is what I am owed for filming not even two full months,” she says in the video. “This is more than I got paid for filming an entire season of 12 to 20-hour workdays.”

Stacy showed her check on camera, revealing she got $8,287.

She added that she’s unsure if she is mad or happy, but it was “more of the justice piece and not the money. It’s just sick that people that have power take advantage of people they know don’t know any better in these situations.”

Love Is Blind producers have since been hit with with other lawsuits, including one from season five contestant Renee Poche, and another from season five’s Tran Dang – both of whom Stacy seemingly referred to in her video when she said there are two people from her season that were in lawsuits that the companies were trying to strong-arm.

Earlier this year, the city was revealed for Love Is Blind‘s upcoming ninth season!
