It looks like Max Minghella is joining the DC Universe!
On Monday (August 11), it was revealed that the 39-year-old The Handmaid’s Tale actor is in final negotiations to join the cast of the upcoming Clayface movie from Speak No Evil director James Watkins.
It has been previously announced that Welsh actor Tom Rhys Harries will be playing the titular character while Naomi Ackie will also be starring in the movie.
Keep reading to find out more…Clayface “centers on an ascending actor (Harries) whose face is disfigured by a gangster. As a last resort, the actor turns to a fringe Elizabeth Holmes-style scientist (Ackie) for help,” according to The Hollywood Reporter.
Max would be playing a Gotham City police detective, who is dating the scientist.
Clayface is expected in theaters on September 11, 2026.
