Ozzy Osbourne has sadly passed away.
On Tuesday (July 22), the Black Sabbath star’s family announced in a statement that Ozzy had died at the age of 76 following a battle with Parkinson’s disease.
“It is with more sadness than mere words can convey that we have to report that our beloved Ozzy Osbourne has passed away this morning,” Ozzy‘s wife Sharon Osbourne and kids Jack, Kelly, Aimee, and Louis wrote in a statement to The Sun.

Ozzy‘s death comes just two weeks after his performed his final concert with Black Sabbath on July 5 Villa Park in Birmingham, England. His daughter Kelly got engaged to boyfriend Sid Wilson moments after the show.
