Donald Trump is celebrating the cancellation of The Late Show with Stephen Colbert.

On Thursday (July 18), Stephen Colbert announced that his CBS late-night talk show will be ending next year, with the final episode airing in May 2026.

The cancellation comes just days after Stephen, who has been very outspoken against the President, blasted CBS’ parent company Paramount Global’s $16M settlement over the Trump‘s 60 Minutes lawsuit, calling it a “big fat bribe.”

However, CBS said that the cancellation was “purely a financial decision against a challenging backdrop in late night.”

Trump is now celebrating the end of The Late Show while also taking aim at other late-night talk show hosts.

“Greg Gutfeld is better than all of them combined, including the Moron on NBC who ruined the once great Tonight Show,” he added. The “moron” he’s referring to is Tonight Show host Jimmy Fallon while Greg Gutfeld is a comedian and political commentator who works for Fox News.
