Sean “Diddy” Combs is facing yet another lawsuit, this time by a man who claims he was sodomized by the 55-year-old music mogul at a house party.

Amid his ongoing federal sex trafficking trial, Diddy was just hit with a suit by a man named Brandon Adams, who claims the Bad Boy Records founder sexually assaulted him at a party hosted by Diddy in 2021, per TMZ.

In the lawsuit, the man claims he got the invite from a chauffeur he met at a gas station in Los Angeles, and when he showed up, he says he was told to keep his phone in the car.

He said he saw stars inside the party, and had some alcoholic drinks that made him feel dizzy.

At one point, he says he found an empty bedroom, collapsed onto the bed, and fell unconscious. He says the next thing he remembers is the feeling of a hand unbuckling his belt, and after asking what was going on, he heard a man’s voice he believes was Diddy saying, “You’re about to get that Diddy love.”

The man claims he was rolled from his stomach onto his side and told, “Don’t worry, you’re about to get a great massage.” He says he turned his head and saw Diddy sodomizing him.

The man claims he tried to protest, but Diddy grabbed the back of his neck and threatened him by reciting the information on his driver’s license, which the man claims had been scanned by security upon entry.

He says Diddy finished up and left the room, and Adams says he felt pain and a “vile sensation.”

The man also claims in the suit that he tried to confront Diddy but was intercepted by security guards who carried him to another room and told him he could either play along and leave the party like nothing happened or leave “the hard way.” He says he played along and was told to sign an NDA, then escorted to the exit and allowed to leave.

He says he got pulled over on his way home and arrested for DUI, which he blames on “the lingering effects of the drugs he unknowingly consumed.”

Brandon is suing Diddy for sexual assault and battery, gender violence, and more, requesting damages.

His lawyer is Tony Buzbee, the Texas attorney who is also representing other alleged Diddy victims.

Diddy‘s legal team responded to TMZ with a statement: “No matter how many lawsuits are filed it won’t change the fact that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted or sex trafficked anyone—man or woman, adult or minor. We live in a world where anyone can file a lawsuit for any reason. Fortunately, a fair and impartial judicial process exists to find the truth, and Mr. Combs is confident he will prevail in court.”

Several charges were dropped from Diddy‘s federal trial.
