The Superman world tour has begun!
David Corenswet and Rachel Brosnahan made multiple appearances to kick off their press tour on Wednesday (June 19) in Manila, Philippines.
David and Rachel were joined by writer, director, and producer James Gunn and producer Peter Safran to meet fans in Manila.
To start the day, the stars posed for a photo call in front of The Victor, a colossal statue that was unveiled in 2023. Later on, they attended a red carpet event.
In the new Superman movie, Gunn “takes on the original superhero in the newly imagined DC universe with a singular blend of epic action, humor and heart, delivering a Superman who’s driven by compassion and an inherent belief in the goodness of humankind.” Watch the new trailer and catch the movie in theaters on July 11.
THR reports that the movie is tracking for a domestic box office launch of $135 million for the opening weekend.
