There has been an update on Haley Joel Osment‘s recent court case.
The 37-year-old actor was arrested in April at a ski resort in California for apparent public intoxication, and he has since been charged with multiple misdemeanors, including drug possession.
On Monday (June 2), Haley was ordered by a judge to attend at least three Alcoholic Anonymous meetings per week for the next six months, and he is also required to meet with his therapist at least twice a week for the next six months. If he successfully complies, all charges will be dismissed by the court, per People.

The judge also overruled the district attorney’s objection that mentioned Haley‘s previous DUI conviction and the police bodycam footage that captured him using an antisemitic slur during his April arrest.
