Shakira & Jason Aldean Concerts Suddenly Canceled at Fenway Park in Boston

Fenway Park has canceled a handful of concerts at the last minute.

Hours before Shakira was scheduled to take the stage at the ballpark in Boston, Mass. on Thursday night (May 29), the concert was suddenly canceled for an undisclosed reason.

The 48-year-old Colombian superstar was set to perform at Fenway as part of her The Las Mujeres Ya No Lloran Tour and as the opener for the 2025 Fenway Concert Series. Shakira’s show wasn’t the only concert canceled this weekend – Jason Aldean and Brooks & Dunn‘s concert scheduled for the following day was canceled as well.

Keep reading to find out more…“Due to unforeseen circumstances, the Shakira and Jason Aldean and Brooks & Dunn performances originally scheduled for May 29th and May 30th respectively at Fenway Park have been canceled,” read a statement on Fenway’s Instagram.

“Refunds will be available at your point of purchase,” the statement continued. “We apologize for the inconvenience.”

No reason for the cancellations has been disclosed.

As of right now, the Boston Red Sox are still scheduled to play at Fenway Park on Monday, June 2.
