Reality stars Todd Chrisley and Julie Chrisley will be getting out of prison a lot earlier than expected, all thanks to fellow reality star Donald Trump.

The President of the Untied States has announced his plans to pardon the Chrisleys, who were convicted of bank fraud and tax evasion back in 2022.

White House communications advisor Margo Martin shared a video of Trump on the phone with the couple’s daughter Savannah Chrisley to tell her the news, saying that her parents got a “pretty harsh treatment” for their crimes.

“It’s a terrible thing, but it’s a great thing because your parents are going to be free and clean, and I hope we can do it by tomorrow,” Trump said. “We’ll try getting it done tomorrow. I don’t know them, but give them my regards and wish them a good life.”

Todd was scheduled to be released from prison in January 2033 and Julie was scheduled to be released in October 2028. Their sentences were shortened when they surrendered in January 2023.
