DEATH IN PARADISE made its long-awaited return this evening as Ardal O’Hanlan was back as DI Jack Mooney in a New Year’s special on the fictional Caribbean Island of Saint Marie. It didn’t take long before another murderer struck in the tropical paradise, but viewers felt there was “no point watching” after they suspected a huge show change this evening.
