The 2025 Kennedy Center Honors event is airing tonight on CBS, and we have all the details.
This year’s event is hosted by Donald Trump, and is a celebration of the arts for the year.
The event takes place at the famed Washington, DC performing arts venue.

This year’s honorees are George Strait, Rock band KISS (Paul Stanley, Gene Simmons, Peter Criss, Ace Frehley), Tony winner Michael Crawford, Grammy winner Gloria Gaynor, and Rocky‘s Sylvester Stallone.
Some attendees you’ll see on stage include Kurt Russell, Vince Gill, Miranda Lambert, Elle King, Neal McDonough, Brooks & Dunn, and Laura Osnes, among others.
Trump and his wife, Melania Trump, were in attendance, as well as other celebrity guests.
By the way, if you missed it, Trump‘s name is being added to the Kennedy Center building. A Kennedy relative spoke out and slammed the decision, claiming that microphones were muted during the board meeting and thus, it was not unanimously decided.
Tonight’s event runs from 8pm-10:30pm ET.
