Steven McBee Sr is opening up about going to prison.
The McBee Dynasty star will turn himself in on Monday (December 1) after being sentenced to two years for crop insurance fraud.
In a new interview, the McBee patriarch is revealing what his final meal is going to be and who’s going to have the hardest time with him being away.

“I love steak,” he told People. “Obviously, I’m a cattle guy, so that’s my favorite meal: steak and potatoes. And I can eat potatoes any way — I like them baked, mashed, fried.”
As for who he’s most worried about while he’s going to be in prison? His pug Gunner!
“Gunner‘s been with me since he was six weeks old,” Steven shared. “He sleeps right here on my neck. The boys will be fine, they’re grown men. But Gunner, he goes every day with me to work. Every piece of equipment I run, if I’m in a tractor or a combine or a bulldozer, Gunner rides in there with me. I keep telling him every night, ‘All right, buddy, you’re going to be all right.’”
He adds that his mom will be moving back into his house and caring for Gunner.
“She’s got a couple of little dogs, and she’s going to stay at my house with Gunner and make her quilts all day.”
If you missed it, his family’s reality show The McBee Dynasty: Real America Cowboys was picked up for a third season and filming began right before his sentencing in October. While he was not featured much in season two, it’s likely possible we will see the family seeing him off to prison and the days leading up to it.
