Fans might be worried about what fate and the Duffer brothers have in store for his character Steve Harrington in the final season of Stranger Things, but star Joe Keery doesn’t seem too concerned.
Joe, 33, was at the season 5 world premiere held earlier this week when he spoke with ExtraTV and teased some exciting tidbits about how the story ends for his character.

While the “End of Beginning” singer says ending this 10-year chapter was “bittersweet,” he was pleased with his ending.
“I was very happy, though, with the way it wrapped up for me, personally,” Joe told the outlet.
The reporter followed up by asking if fans would like Steve’s ending and Joe didn’t hesitate to say “Oh yeah, absolutely.”
He sounded very confident in his response, confirming that fans would like how things play out.
His response likely comes as a relief to many who are concerned that Steve might die in the final episodes. Of course, he still might, but Joe‘s remarks make it seem like our favorite babysitter is getting a happy ending.
Stranger Things season 5 returns on November 26.
