In recent interviews promoting her new single, Hilary teased the live shows.

While speaking on Therapuss with Jake Shane, while they were talking about “What Dreams Are Made Of” from The Lizzie McGuire Movie, she teased that fans may get to finally hear her perform it live.

“If I would ever tour again, I think maybe I would be allowed to manage to sing that song somehow some way,” she said. “Maybe, you know, just maybe, like hypothetically.”

In fact, in early October, Hilary teased that she was in the studio rehearsing for live shows, and included a clip of her practicing the song – See it in the post below!

She also teased a tour in an interview with Vogue.

“All I can say is that I am very excited to see people’s faces again very soon. I’ve missed them and I’ve missed performing,” Hilary dished. “It’s been really fun to rediscover this part of myself again, layered within the person I’ve become. I’m so excited to share this song with everyone, and there’s a lot to come. I’ve been working really hard, and I think 2026 is gonna be a fun victory lap.”

Live shows were an inevitable announcement as when Hilary announced her music comeback, it was also revealed she is working on a docuseries to chronicle her return, which will see her “as she balances raising a family, recording new music, live show rehearsals, and preparing to perform on stage for the first time in over a decade.”
