Autumn Reeser is starring in her first movie alongside Niall Matter for Hallmark Channel and she’s opening up about how they met last year for the first time!
The beloved Hallmark actress, who you also known from shows like The O.C. and No Ordinary Family, chatted about the movie during the network’s Countdown to Christmas launch event in Nashville back in October.

“Niall and I met last year in Kansas City at the [Hallmark Christmas Experience] event and we just immediately were like, ‘I like you. I like you as a human. We vibe with each other.’ And then they gave me the gift of putting us in a movie together,” Autumn said on stage.
“We got to spend three weeks making this beautiful movie for you guys. [It’s] about these two people who find themselves in the same city, stuck overnight as is happening a lot, and then they fall in love in one night, but they don’t exchange phone numbers. So they have to spend the rest of the movie trying to find each other. Do you think we do it?” Autumn teased.
We Met In December premieres on Hallmark Channel on Thursday (November 27) at 8pm and will stream on Hallmark+ the next day.
