Kendall Jenner is opening up about where she currently stands with her dad, Caitlyn Jenner.
During the new episode of The Kardashians that Hulu dropped at midnight ET on Thursday (October 30), Kris Jenner invited Caitlyn, 76, to say goodbye to their old home before putting it up for sale.
“About an hour ago I called Caitlyn and I said, ‘What are you doing?’ Of course she said, ‘I’m eating dinner and watching Fox News,’” Kris, 69, told the cameras. “I said, ‘Of course you are.’”
Keep reading to find out more…While Kendall, 29, and younger sister Kylie Jenner were happy about their parents’ reunion, Kendall took the opportunity as a way to share an update on where she stands with Caitlyn.
“I definitely wasn’t expecting my dad to be here just knowing the relationship my mom has with my dad,” Kendall said. “Not that it is bad, it is just distant.”
Kylie, 28, added, “I don’t know if my parents will ever be best friends again but this is definitely a great first step.”
Then in a confessional, Kendall went on to elaborate on her current relationship with Caitlyn.
“I have to compartmentalize my relationship with my dad in a way,” Kendall explained. “Because I love her and she is my dad. We have a good relationship but sometimes I get frustrated with her with certain things.”
She continued, “We just have completely different views on things. But other than that, I always want to include her. I know she doesn’t have a lot outside of her family and I know she gets lonely.”
While Kendall didn’t go into further detail about things they have “different views on,” Caitlyn has been a very outspoken conservative and supporter of Donald Trump.
Earlier this year, Caitlyn‘s son Brody Jenner opened up about their complicated relationship.
