The topic of an open marriage came up during John Stamos‘ latest interview.
Earlier this week, the 62-year-old actor appeared on the Good Guys podcast hosted by Josh Peck and Ben Soffer where he fiercely defended his Full House co-star and longtime friend Lori Loughlin following news of her split from Mossimo Giannulli.
During their conversation, Ben asked John if he would consider inviting Lori into his marriage with Caitlin McHugh.

“I’m not Mormon – do you do that with your wife?” John asked. “Are you a swinger?”
Ben, who is married to fellow podcast Claudia Oshry, responded, “I don’t.”
Shortly after that, John clarified that his relationship with Lori, 61, has always been “platonic.”
However, he did reveal that there’s a chance that they made out decades ago.
“I always thought that we made out on some ride at Disneyland – I’ve known her since the early ’80s,” John said, though Lori later told him that it never happened.
“I don’t know if it was something I made up in my mind,” John reflected. “You know, some kind of fantasy.”
Also in the interview, John didn’t hold back while slamming Lori‘s estranged husband Mossimo and blamed him entirely for the college admissions scandal.
