Podcasting is coming to the Golden Globes for the upcoming 2026 awards ceremony!
The news was announced earlier this year, with the Best Podcast category being added to the show, and now we know the first podcasts that are eligible to win.

For the inaugural category in January, the Golden Globes‘ data partner Luminate has determined the 25 podcasts who could be in contention for the award.
The eligible podcasts, “that have made a significant impact over the past year, celebrating the creativity and influence of creators worldwide,” will be able to submit for the nomination now through October 31st!
Only six out of the 25 will be chosen to compete at the 2026 Golden Globes held on January 11, 2026.
