Ghislaine filed to appeal her convictions and 20-year prison sentence, arguing that it should have been thrown out, saying she was covered by Jeffrey Epstein‘s 2007 plea deal and that prosecutors were past statute of limitations.

Her lawyer, David Oscar Markus, is not giving up and claims “serious legal and factual issues remain.”

“We’re, of course, deeply disappointed that the Supreme Court declined to hear Ghislaine Maxwell’s case,” he shared with TMZ. “But this fight isn’t over. Serious legal and factual issues remain, and we will continue to pursue every avenue available to ensure that justice is done.”

Earlier this year, Ghislaine gave a list of 100 names linked to Jeffrey Epstein to the DOJ, as politicians and more continue to urge for the Epstein files to be released.
