Taylor Swift’s Updated ‘Showgirl’ Release Schedule Includes a ‘Standby’ Mystery

We’re just days away from Taylor Swift releasing her album The Life of a Showgirl and there are some updates to her promo schedule for the next week!

The 35-year-old singer will be making several appearances to promote the album, including at least three televised interviews.

Taylor‘s team has also confirmed when you can expect to see the music video of “The Fate of Ophelia” on YouTube, following its premiere in movie theaters.

There’s also a mystery “standby” detail listed on the Taylor Nation schedule that has fans wondering if something will happen on Saturday night (October 4).

Tuesday, September 30 through Thursday, October 2The Life of a Showgirl: A Spotify Experience open from 12pm to 9pm daily, though Taylor will not be there.

Friday, October 3 at 12:00am ETThe Life of a Showgirl release.

Friday, October 3 at 12:00am ET – Target midnight shopping begins.

Friday, October 3 at 3:00pm ETThe Official Release Party of a Showgirl debuts in movie theaters and will only be playing through Sunday, October 5.

Friday, October 3 at 5:40pm ETThe Graham Norton Show interview airs in UK.

Saturday, October 4 – “Standby”

Sunday, October 5 at 7:00pm ET – “The Fate of Ophelia” music video and Showgirl lyric videos premiere on YouTube.

Monday, October 6 at 11:35pm ET – Taylor appears on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.

Thursday, October 9 at 12:35am ET (late Wednesday night) – Taylor appears on Late Night with Seth Meyers.
