“It was probably one of the most amazing, fun experiences,” she told E! News. “I was a very happy person, and I became so strong. I felt so good. I mean, I just felt Christy‘s power.”

“I loved it,” she added of the workouts. “It just felt fun and exciting. I don’t know if I was like, ‘Oh my god, it’s grueling,’ because it was just such a good time.”

Sydney previously told W Magazine that she had only three and a half months of training.

“I started eating. I weight-trained in the morning for an hour, kickboxed midday for about two hours, and then weight-trained again at night for an hour,” she revealed.

“I didn’t fit in any of my clothes. I’m usually a size 23 in jeans, and I was wearing a size 27. My boobs got bigger. And my butt got huge. It was crazy! I was like, Oh my god.” Sydney added. “But it was amazing: I was so strong, like crazy strong.”
