“I don’t want to waste my summer at some camp,” Joe says in the voiceover clip. “I’m Shane Gray for crying out loud.”
“Hey man, we used to love this place. Three years ago we were campers,” Nick lips.
“Yeah man, this is where Connect 3 connected,” Kevin adds with his line, referring to their fictional band in the movie universe.
Joe also shared a solo video of himself, walking across a stage with the Camp Rock logo on it, saying, “I’m Shane Gray for crying out loud,” before “This Is Me” by Demi Lovato starts playing.
Just the night before, Demi Lovato addressed rumors of her involvement in the movie. She was rumored to be seen on set as well earlier this week, but she was actually in NYC doing music promo for her upcoming album.
Filming reportedly started on Monday (September 15) in Vancouver and photos of the brothers leaked online.
Other rumored cast members include Electric Bloom‘s Lumi Pollack, Camp Rock‘s Maria Canals-Barrera reprising her role as Mitchie’s mom, Descendants 5‘s Liamani Segura and former XOMGPOP! member Brooklyn Pitts.
Liamani even commented on the Jonas Brothers‘ video, writing, “Icons. Legends.🙌🏽💗”
