The trailer for the upcoming Mortal Kombat II has finally debuted!
Karl Urban joins the movie franchise as Johnny Cage in the second installment based on the popular video games.
There are also seven more new actors joining, with ten stars reprising their roles from the first movie.

Here’s a synopsis: The fan favorite champions—now joined by Johnny Cage himself—are pitted against one another in the ultimate, no-holds barred, gory battle to defeat the dark rule of Shao Kahn that threatens the very existence of the Earthrealm and its defenders.
Simon McQuoid returns as director with a script by Jeremy Slater.
Also starring in the movie are Adeline Rudolph, Jessica McNamee, Josh Lawson, Ludi Lin, Mehcad Brooks, Tati Gabrielle, Lewis Tan, Damon Herriman and Chin Han, as well as Tadanobu Asano as Lord Raiden, Joe Taslim as Bi-Han, and Hiroyuki Sanada as Hanzo Hasashi and Scorpion.
