‘Gilmore Girls’ To Begin Airing on Hallmark Channel

Gilmore Girls is returning to TV!

Gilmore Girls originall aired from 2000 through 2007 for a total of seven seasons. The series stars mother-daughter team Lorelai and Rory Gilmore, played by Lauren Graham and Alexis Bledel, as they navigate life in their small town with all its ups and down.

The classic TV series will begin airing all seven seasons on the Hallmark Channel on August 25.

The series will be airing entirely in order starting with the pilot. Episodes will air on the Hallmark Channel on weekdays from 2-6 pm and on weekends from 8-10 am along with special marathon runs of the show.

In a statement shared by Hallmark Channel, an executive spoke about their decision to start airing the cult classic show. The statement reads, “The success of the Gilmore Girls universe is a testament to the power of storytelling that is centered around love, family, and close-knit community. Hallmark shares the same passion for feel good, whimsical content and characters, making this show and its ever-growing fandom the perfect addition to our Hallmark Channel viewing experience.”
