FKA twigs is filing to end her lawsuit against her ex, Shia LaBeouf.
The 37-year-old Eusexua singer asked the court to dismiss all claims against the 39-year-old actor with prejudice, meaning she cannot refile the claims in the future according to the legal documents, via Us Weekly.
Her attorney Bryan Freedman executed the paperwork.

Back in 2020, she sued Shia for sexual battery, claiming he exposed her to an STD during their relationship, which occurred from 2018 to 2019. She also claimed that Shia slammed her against a car during one incident and attempted to strangle her.
He denied “each and every” allegation of wrongdoing.
In 2024, Shia revealed twigs was seeking $10 million in damages in the case.
The trial was initially scheduled for last year, but was postponed for various reasons. No new trial date had been set, and the court docket now shows the case as being dismissed completely, per the Us report.
At the same time, it was just announced that FKA twigs is stepping into an iconic role on screen soon.
