Deadline has reported that Cristin will be playing the lead in Buddy. This upcoming horror movie is being written by Casper Kelly who previously wrote, directed, and produced the viral Adult Swim short Too Many Cooks.
Casper is keeping the details on Buddy sparse, but Deadline reports that the movie is said to be a “new experience in horror.” The movie is being executive produced by BoulderLight, the production company that brought to life recent horror films like Companion, Barbarian, and upcoming Weapons.
