“I feel like something big that has been talked about so much is me being fired from Bravo,” she opened up on her podcast. “That’s not true. I am very much still working with Bravo. I know that is a shock, a heartbreak to all of you… Very in the loop with Bravo, and they’re amazing. They are the network that I work for.”

“I don’t even know how that rumor transpired. Very weird,” Gia continued. “Again, kind of just, I think, another clickbait for people to click on, read the article and then eventually find out that it’s not true and that I am still with the network. Andy commented on it not too long ago, basically just as confused as I am. He never heard anything about this, never heard anything related to this, and basically said how amazing my mom and I are.”

“Sorry to break it you, but the news is not true. I am still with Bravo. Sorry, you will still be seeing me on your TV screens,” she concluded.

As she mentioned, Andy Cohen also recently addressed the rumors, on a recent episode of his SiriusXM radio show, Radio Andy.

“I am not an executive producer of Next Gen NYC. This is the first I am hearing of any discord surrounding Gia and I certainly only have positive feelings for Gia and her mom, Teresa, the OG of NJ,” he said, speaking to rumors Gia is feuding with castmates. “No, nothing that I’ve ever heard of. No. [This is] all news to me and by the way, I love Next Gen NYC. Do not sleep on this show.”

On Next Gen NYC, Gia appears alongside other Real Housewives stars’ kids, as well as more young adults in NYC. Meet the cast here!

New episodes air on Tuesday nights at 9pm ET/PT on Bravo, and streaming next day on Peacock.
