Joshua Jackson and ex-wife Jodie Turner-Smith‘s custody battle is heating up.
On Friday (May 30), the 46-year-old Doctor Odyssey actor filed a motion and request for an emergency custody order modification after the 38-year-old Queen & Slim actress allegedly changed their 5-year-old daughter Juno‘s school without his permission.
Keep reading to find out more…In the court documents obtained by People, Joshua claims that Jodie asserts it’s “no big deal to force Juno to start over with a new school” and that he’s concerned that “Jodie is attempting to create a scenario where Juno travels with her rather than attending a traditional school.”
Joshua is requesting that the court orders Juno to keep attending the school she’s been going to for the next academic year and is asking for joint consent with Jodie for any subsequent school changes.
If you didn’t know, Joshua and Jodie married in August 2019 and welcomed Juno in April 2020. She filed for divorce in October 2023 after four years of marriage.
Their divorce was just finalized last month and the details about their agreement concerning spousal support, child support, and custody were recently revealed.
