Beetlejuice The Musical is making a surprise return to Broadway, marking its third run on the New York stage.
The beloved musical originally opened on Broadway in March 2019 and was scheduled to close in June 2020 after losing its theatre due to a contractual commitment with another show. After the COVID-19 pandemic shutdown ended, the musical reopened at a new venue in April 2022 and eventually closed in January 2023.
Beetlejuice will now be back on Broadway for the third time this fall when the show takes over the Palace Theatre for a limited engagement. The national tour production will move into the Broadway venue for a 13-week run from October 8, 2025 through January 3, 2026. Casting has not yet been announced, though it’s likely that the current tour cast will continue.
