
Tom Cruise is reacting to his latest movie’s box office success.
The 62-year-old actor posted a message to social media on Tuesday (May 27) following the Memorial Day Weekend opening box office for Mission Impossible – The Final Reckoning.
If you didn’t know, the combined global openings of Disney’s Lilo & Stitch ($341 million) and Mission: Impossible ($200 million) broke a new four-day Memorial Day weekend record.
At the domestic box office, Mission: Impossible – The Final Reckoning earned a series-best $63 million over the three-day weekend and an estimated $77 million through the four-day holiday.

Tom, who is known for doing many of his own stunts in his action films, discussed a moment in the movie that “took decades to figure out.”
