Kylie Jenner is opening up about her decision to wear black while attending awards shows to support boyfriend Timothee Chalamet this year.
The 27-year-old beauty mogul wore a black gown while making her red carpet debut with Timothee, 29, at the David Di Donatello Awards event in Rome just a few weeks ago and she also wore black at the Oscars while supporting his nomination.
Kylie decided to wear black to not take attention away from Timothee.

“I think it just like happened that way,” Kylie told Harper’s Bazaar. “Even, recently I was like, ‘I can’t wear another black dress.’ And then of course the most perfect, gorgeous Schiaparelli black dress shows up.”
“Although these are the most beautiful, iconic gowns that I’ve been wearing, I think a black dress is also kind of like, not too attention grabbing in the best way,” she added. “You can never go wrong with a black dress.”
Kylie didn’t wear black at the Golden Globes though!
