Aaron Taylor-Johnson is considered to be one of the frontrunners to be the next James Bond and fans are convinced that his new endorsement is a clue that he has the role.

It was just announced that Aaron has joined the Omega family of global ambassadors.

“I have always had an appreciation for timepieces but especially for Omega. Now, after visiting the factory, I am in awe of the skill required to manufacture such a luxurious product,” Aaron said in a statement.

Omega has been the official watch of James Bond since the 1995 movie Goldeneye, which was Pierce Brosnan‘s first film in the franchise.

“Since 1995, James Bond has worn an OMEGA Seamaster in every film. Over the years, we have also created special tribute timepieces with features that honor 007 and his legacy of genre-defining movies,” the brand notes on its website.

Oddsmakers recently revealed an updated list of the 10 most likely actors to get the role.
